Based on our modern CAD programs, we develop and design the progressive dies, punching and bending tools required for production or prepare all required burn-out templates and folding sequences.
The tool making department takes care that all required tools and fixtures are available for a project in time; this work is assisted by modern machines with CAD/CAM link-up.

The know-how gained during the development of tools and fixtures and from earlier production processes of different parts is integrated in our tool management system. This provides the basis of the highest level of process reliability of your parts.
Of course, we are also in a position to supply sample parts and prototypes within shortest time so that you can verify the capability of all parts.
